The Gym Recovery Massage

Our Gym Recovery Massage aims to increase blood flow to your muscles and help your body remove toxins, reducing muscle soreness and providing pain relief. The treatment also has psychological benefits, such as releasing endorphins, reducing stress, improving mood and motivation, and promoting a positive mindset. Additionally, the massage can help you recover from Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) by reducing muscle tightness and soreness and increasing blood circulation. This is not a Sports Massage, however a Deeper pressure can be applied if needed

We use a special blend of clary sage, sweet marjoram, lavender, and rosemary essential oils in a base of sweet almond and vitamin E oil. This blend is ideal for relieving aches, pains, and stiffness related to sports, strenuous activities, and trauma. It is also helpful in toning and warming muscles before exercise. Sweet almond oil is rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins, and essential fatty acids, nourishing and revitalizing the skin.

Clary sage has a soothing, warming effect on the mind and body and can help ease tension, pain, and muscular spasms. Sweet marjoram is a comforting oil that can relax stiff muscles and ease pain. Lavender essential oil is soothing and calming and helpful in treating headaches, muscular aches, and stress. Finally, rosemary essential oil is reviving and refreshing, excellent for relieving fatigue and relaxing overworked muscles.
