Hopi Ear Candling
Thermo Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candling) is a pleasant and non-evasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. These ear candles can induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes.
The candles we use are made from the natural beeswax.
A constant high quality is ensured. The Hopi Ear Candles work on a chimney effect, a light suction action and the circulation of vapours. The temperature increase in the ear canal is transmitted through to the rest of the ear, nose and sinuses. This leads to a change in pressure and expansion in these areas leading them to drain and clear.
The circulation of vapours is very gentle but any ear wax which is warmed will be moistened and loosened and may lead to a minute amount falling out over the next 48 hours. Hope ear candles equalise the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions.
